Welcome to your time for Relaxation and
Rejuvenation. In order to get the most benefits from the next 30 minutes:
1. Turn off all phones and make sure you
are warm enough
2. Sit in a comfortable chair that
supports your back
3. Have both feet flat on the floor,
palms of your hands resting on your thighs. If for some reason you are not
comfortable in a sitting position then please do lie down or do whatever
is comfortable for you.
Track 2: Hypnotic Relaxation - 26:55
This is the main body of the hypnotic
relaxation work. It is best to listen to it with headphones at least once
a day for 1 month, thereafter 3 times per week. We are using the latest 3D
digital technology that engages both hemispheres of the brain and
subliminal suggestions that reinforce the relaxation process. There will
be times when you will hear certain words or phrases just within auditory
awareness to help bypass the conscious mind.

Track 3: Speed Hypnosis

You can use this track when you have
listened to Track 1 daily for about one month. The idea behind it is for
you to have a ‘top up’ in between sessions or if you do not have enough
time to listen to the full version. This track will help you Relax and
Rejuvenate within 10 minutes. Advantages – can listen to it at home,
office or anywhere where you feel the need to relax quickly so you can
carry on with your day in a more relaxed and resourceful way. We use
similar technology to the above as well as certain words from the full
version to help ‘anchor’ your relaxed state. Enjoy!
