What's GREAT about your Life?

Are you creating what you want in your life or do you seem to have a lot of what you dont want?

When the latter happens it indicates we are focusing on the wrong things i.e. what we havent got, so then we tend to get more of that, be it lack of money, you get more bills, etc or lack of good, fulfilling relationships, you tend to get only the ones that bring you down. 

If you havent yet tapped into the Universal Laws and really understand them, especially the Law of Attraction, you are probably just going around in circles in the same energetic patterns.  Maybe its time to release them and find out whats really going on for you.

It is my experience that a lot of people are thinking, most of the time, of what is missing in their life.  In order for you to shift the energetic pattern its necessary to accept where you are, its okay to want to change it, but first, you need to fully accept where youre at now and know that, right now its perfect for you, you have created it, therefore there its something for you to understand or learn from.  Its also necessary that you appreciate everything that is good in your life currently, however small or however few things there may be.

If you are reading this thinking I havent got any money or I have a dead end job and I definitely wouldnt choose to create this, then think again!  You may not have sat down and consciously created this, of course not, why would anyone choose any form of suffering or pain.  But at some level you did create it with your thoughts, energetic patterns, behaviour and vibration.

You created it so the good news is that you can uncreate it, if you really want to and if you are willing to put the work in. 

Mary hated her job and she also intensely disliked her boss, or more accurately, she felt he disliked her.  She wanted out and had tried for a few interviews, the ones she got didnt go very well and this lowered her confidence which just added to her problems.  She was caught in a low energetic cycle.  Firstly, she was going to work with a bad feeling every day, expectations of arguments and getting things wrong.  On top of that the vibration was reflected in her body language, attitude and the kind of signals she sent out e.g. I hate where I am and my boss doesnt think Im competent.  This brought her vibration down even lower, so when she did manage to get a job interview, although consciously she thought she felt quite positive about the interview, energetically her cells, her whole being were telling a different story.

So basically her desire and her belief didnt vibrationally match, therefore trying to achieve her goals was just a no no as she was completely out of alignment.  This is why goals and our beliefs around them need to match.  Then we kick off the Law of Attraction.

So first we helped her clean up her energetic patterns and beliefs around what she wanted.  However, the very first step was simply, but importantly, to begin appreciating what she had in her life right now, in every area,  we started by asking What is right about your work right now.  It turned out there were quite a few things. What is right about here boss right now.  Could she remember a time when she did get on with her boss, even if it was just briefly.  Then we looked at areas of her life that were working quite well and we anchored in those feelings so she could go to work everyday with more positive feelings.  After only 2 weeks, she felt so much better and work didnt seem such a problem any more.  Also strangely, the boss seemed a lot friendlier (I wonder why)!  All that really happened was she began to focus on what she wanted, feel better feelings about her work/boss and this created in her an energetic change, shifted her vibration.  Now, if she decides she still wants to change jobs, she will stand a much better chance at interviews because she has changed internally her vibration to attract what she wants.

Have a look at different areas of your life and notice if you are attracting what you want or more of what you dont want.

Some areas to look at might be:  Work, Relationships, Habitat, Leisure, Finances, Health.

If you dont feel you arent attracting what you want or you feel stuck energetically try asking some simple questions:

  • What is right about X

  • When was it good and how did I feel?

  • What else is good about other areas of your life?

This will help you to appreciate where you are right now.

Then if you know that you still want to change X, imagine what it would be like when you have something else in its place, get very specific and feel the feelings that would go with it.  Visualise it until it becomes second nature.  If there are limiting beliefs around it then these need to be dealt with, otherwise you will self sabotage because your energy and beliefs wont be aligned and you will find yourself stuck.

Working cognitively and energetically works fantastically well, especially if its done in a group as the energy really supports us.
